Bringing Data to Leadership and Organisational Effectiveness

Many of my friends in the financial industry, have referred to my Master in Change ("Organisational Psychology") as feeling a bit like "Scientology" or "weird-feelings stuff". There is a lot of data available of leadership and organisational effectiveness.
