Coalition was set up as a "fundless deal by deal" PE firm in 2019.

This trend is not new and according to Forbes a key driver trend in the PE Industry.

Similarly, the willingness to make deal by deal co-investment by limited partners is not new and increasing. A 2017 survey by Asante Capital Group indicated that 54% of LP's would consider making co-investment alongside a deal by deal GP.

While Coalition may technically be seen as a "First Time Manager", the Partners have been in the Asia Buyout PE industry for over 20 years now. We believe that top quartile deal quality gets buyout transactions funded.
